At the end of the day, Attitude has brought us face to face with this BAN.
We can blame the governor and the ban and all. But we the people need to take ownership of our towns and cities. We got to learn to control and dispose our waste in appropriate and designated places.
Spitting buai out of the moving vehicle/bus/taxi is irresponsible and very barbaric and uncivilized. We have seen buai stains on all public amenities and even though notices and announcements and advertisements have been paid for and aired and printed, no one took notice and we kept our bad habits going like there is no tomorrow.
Until now, we have realized that we got to pay for our own actions. And until now we have realized that, that when all avenues are exhausted, the LAW will take its place and the the very people who were ignorant and disrespectful of the laws will be the very people who will be victimized.
We can point 1 finger away at Powes, but all 4 fingers point back at US.
Lets not pass the bark. Lets take the decision head on and learn to respect and abide by set laws and also work on changing our attitudes. Only then we will not be victimized.
