Are these LLG Managers on the payroll?
Do we have sector plans for each sector in the District?
Are these plans available to the public?
How offend do the sector coordinators meet with the CEO and his District Planner and District Treasurer?
Is the CEO at District HQ physically?
Do we have a District plan, from the District Administration team point of view?
CEO visits to LLGs, does that happen? How often do these visits happen [if they do happen]?
Think about it, folks. It’s not rocket science to not work out where our shortfall is as a District. We need to start seriously looking into doing some “DRAINING OUT OF THE SWAMP”…
