During the reign of our late Member for Goilala Honorable Daniel K Mona, a lot of things have been proposed, with commitments made, and projects funded.
With him now rested, the onus in my opinion lays with the District Administration of Goilala to fast track the notification of EC about a vacancy that exists in the office of the MP for Goilala’s office in Parliament [in this 9th Parliament].
The EC and the National Government are aware of the vacancy but as dictated by protocol, this will have to be moved by Goilala District administration.
I will do further fact finding on this and run a story on this on the blog naming names, and pleading that this matter be token up promptly so we don’t have any room for abuse and misuse by non elected individuals in the Office of Member for Goilala.
The risk we run here is people, monies which were committed will never get to be used as committed.
Projects funded will never get their funds they are entitled to.
DSIP for 2015-2016-2017 [15million X 3 = 45million] for Goilala will disappear before we get a new MP into office.
SHOULD WE LET THAT HAPPEN? TO THAT MUCH MONEY? WHILE WE DO NOTHING?
Unelected people in the Likes of Hoko ASI as the Executive Office for late Goilala MP Daniel Mona and John MONA with politically appoint Jimmy ANIAVA as the District Administrator and Jimmy MANAI as the District Planner needs to be stopped from doing any financial decisions here on.
These dudes should never have any powers to touch the monies for the people of Goilala until a new MP gets elected.
This is a matter of urgency and needs us all to keep watch over whats rightfully ours.
